Vesterheim Food-Ideal Flatbrød

In 1924, Emil Nordby carefully fetched the first batch of Ideal Flatbrød out of the oven. The recipe is based on love and ancient Norwegian food, and Ideal Flatbrød is baked in the same way today. It is still thin, crispy, and flavorful, rich in whole grains and fiber, and ideal as an accessory for all kinds of food.
